Shipping & Returns


Visa, Mastercard and Paypal are accepted.  We can also accept Interac Email Money Transfers (contact us for details).


We offer free Canada Post ground shipping on orders of $75 before taxes*

*Free shipping may not apply to "Beyond Point" areas; including, but not limited to, ALL of the Northern Territories (Nunavut, Yukon and Northwest Territories) and ANY other areas dictated by UPS where extra shipping charges may apply.  If you aren't sure if your area is subject to additional shipping charges, please contact us first.  "Beyond Point" deliveries may be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel if necessary and Consignia.ca reserves the right to use Canada Post Expedited Parcel service if a P.O. Box or rural address is specified for delivery.  Keep in mind that only smaller items like Projectors, Mounts, etc. can be shipped via Canada Post.  Larger items such as projectors screens are not accepted by Canada Post and therefore need to be shipped by Courier such as UPS, and for "Beyond Point" areas this is where the extra charges often come in to effect. We also cannot ship projector screens for free to USA in most cases, however if we are able to we will. We will contact you if free shipping is not possible on projector screens.  Consignia.ca reserves the right to revoke this free shipping offer at any time. 


Unopened items may be returned for a full refund less our original outgoing shipping cost, with the exception of Special Order items which are not returnable under any circumstances.  Items that have been used or had the manufacturers seal broken, may be returned for refund or exchange within 7 days from the time they are received, as long as the item is returned in new condition in the original box, with all accessories, manual, etc, however a 15% restocking fee (plus our original outgoing shipping cost) will be applied. (NO EXCEPTIONS) Note: Certain items such as 3D Glasses,  and Projector Lamps/Bulbs are not returnable under any circumstances.  New projector Lamps/Bulbs have a 90 day manufacturers warranty (30 days for Manufacturer Refurbished) and if there is a problem with a lamp you must deal with the manufacturer for any warranty issues. 
If you receive an item that appears to be defective, the buyer must first contact the manufacturers tech support department and if they verify it is defective and needs to be serviced the buyer must submit a warranty RMA form to the manufacturer for repair / replacement.  We do not under any circumstances replace defective merchandise directly, as this is handled by the manufacturer.
